Sam Curran sent a message to the CSK management after being featured in just four matches this season.
Sam Curran Shines with Record IPL Score, But CSK Fall Short Again

Sam Curran put on a sensational display with the bat against his former team, PBKS, scoring his highest IPL score to date. Despite his brilliant 88 off 47 balls, featuring nine fours and four sixes at a strike rate of 187.23, CSK once again collapsed to a defeat at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Wednesday.
Batting at No. 3, Curran brought up his fifty in the 15th over off Azmatullah Omarzai and celebrated with a memorable gesture. After reaching the milestone, he mimicked a phone call, directing it to someone in the CSK dugout, seemingly expressing his desire to have been utilized more throughout the season. Curran’s role has been limited this year, having played in just four matches.
He's been busy at the crease today 💛

Chennai Super Kings, with Sam Curran’s valiant 88 off 47 balls, posted 190 in 19.2 overs. However, Punjab Kings successfully chased down the target of 191, reaching 194/6 in 19.4 overs to win by four wickets.
After the match, CSK captain MS Dhoni praised Curran’s effort, saying, “The partnership between Brevis and Sam was excellent. We didn’t play the last four deliveries, and in the second-last over, four batters got out. In close games, those seven deliveries mean a lot. Well, he’s a fighter. Whenever he turns up, he wants to contribute. Unfortunately, whenever we’ve tried to give him a chance, the wicket was on the slower side, and he found it difficult. But today’s wicket was one of the best we’ve got at home in this tournament. That’s why I felt we needed another 15 runs.”
