WPL 2025 is scheduled to start on February 14.
The third season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) is set to begin on February 14, 2025. The opening match will feature Gujarat Giants taking on defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Vadodara.
WPL 2025 will comprise 22 matches over 29 days, including 20 league games followed by the playoffs. The knockout stage, starting February 13, will determine the champion.
Five teams—Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and UP Warriorz will compete in the tournament.
Indian Premier League (IPL), the WPL’s playoffs follow a unique format. The team finishing first in the league stage advances directly to the final. The second and third-placed teams face off in an eliminator, with the winner earning a spot in the final against the top-ranked team.

WPL 2025 will be held from February 14 to March 15. The league stage will take place from February 14 to March 11, followed by the playoffs on March 13 and March 15.

WPL 2025: Venues
WPL 2025 will be played at four venues: Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai. The first six matches will be held in Vadodara, followed by next eight games in Bengaluru. The league will then move to Lucknow for the next four matches. The final four games, including the playoffs, will take place in Mumbai.
